NEW WAY FORWARD: Barbados supports managed migration
GEORGETOWN, Guyana, CMC – Barbados on Wednesday called for the establishment of a “formal system of managed migration” within the region as it reiterated its support for the ideals of a Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Single Market and Economy (CSME) that allows for the free movement of skills, labour, goods and services across the 15-member grouping.
