Bridgetown, Barbados, 09/28/2007 – The Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC) will commence its 4th Annual Client Conference activities with a Cocktail & Awards Reception at Sunbury Great House, Barbados, on October 17, 2007.
The historic venue will be a buzz with excitement as Dr. Julian Hunte makes his first address to the media since becoming President of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).
In addition to Dr. Hunte’s address, the CMC will host an awards segment to honour its distinguished clients for the period 2006-2007.
The list of awardees includes nine Caribbean media houses, two regional establishments, in addition to two international organisations. The thirteen recipients have been notified of their conferment, however, the nature of the award will not be disclosed until the night of the event.
The invitation only Cocktail & Awards Reception, will cater to corporate clients, in addition to a number of media professionals from around the region, who will also participate in the CMC’s conference activities on October 18-19, at Sherbourne Conference Centre.
